Things continue to progress with the new church building! Be in prayer over the next few weeks as many of the "innards" of the building are being ordered. Pray that God will lead our pastors and our Finance Committee as they make difficult decisions about how to best steward the resources God has entrusted to us.

Also, continue to pray that God will provide above and beyond all we could ever ask or think! (Ephesians 3:20-21)

Things are really taking shape out on the property. As this is written, crews are putting the roof on, finishing the decking for the second floor, framing in the first floor, running plumbing and ductwork...too much is going on to put it all down!

At the same time, God is certainly at work in the hearts of the people of our church. As we prayerfully begin the process of discovering His name for our church, we also bathed our new neighborhood in prayer through a prayerwalk/drive of the area within a 3-mile radius of the church property!

Continue praying about what God is doing, will do, and wants you to do as we move closer and closer to the relocation date. Also, don't forget to pray for the workers' safety on the site, as well as their salvation. Pray that they will experience His presence in their lives in a real way as they work on this site.

Have you driven by the new church property recently? Things are really beginnig to shape up! If you haven't seen it yet, check out the pictures below. As you will see, the steel for the outside framework of the building, including the roof, is almost all in place. Soon, work will begin on laying the steel that will serve as the floor for the second story of the building.

Now that the outline is there, you can easily see the size of this building. Keep in mind that the size of the building also shows us that this is going to be a God-sized task to provide for all the needs associated with building and maintaining this facility. Continue praying for safety for the workers, great weather to get the work done, and continued giving from God's people to see this work completed.
